These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of all services offered by Pest Bangalore ("Company"), a licensed pest control company with over 10 years of experience based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. By accessing or using our services, you ("Customer") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered
   Pest Bangalore provides pest control services, including but not limited to:
   
   • General Pest Control
   • Cockroach Control
   • Bed Bug Treatment
   • Termite Control
   • Anti-Termite Treatment
   • Mosquito and Ant Control
   • Other Pest Management Solutions
2. Service Scheduling
   • Services are provided by appointment, which can be booked via phone, email, or through our website.
   • Service dates and times are subject to availability.
   • Customers are required to ensure access to the treatment area at the scheduled time.
3. Service Fees and Payments
   • All service fees are clearly communicated at the time of booking.
   • Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed.
   • We accept various payment methods, including cash, card, and bank transfers.
   • Any additional costs due to the extent of infestation or extra services requested on-site will be discussed before treatment.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
   • Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
   • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service cost.
5. Warranty and Guarantee
   • Pest Bangalore offers warranties on certain services, such as termite control and anti-termite treatments. The duration and coverage of the warranty will be provided in writing.
   • If a pest issue reoccurs within the warranty period, the Company will retreat the affected area at no additional charge, subject to inspection.
6. Customer Responsibilities
   • Customers are required to follow all post-treatment instructions provided by the technician to ensure the effectiveness of the service.
   • The Company is not responsible for issues arising due to failure in following these instructions or issues outside of our control (e.g., reinfestation from neighboring properties).
7. Health and Safety
   • The Company uses government-approved chemicals and pesticides for all treatments, ensuring safety for both humans and pets.
   • It is the Customer's responsibility to inform the technician of any allergies, health concerns, or pets on the premises prior to treatment.
   • Certain treatments may require temporary evacuation of the premises, which will be communicated in advance.
8. Liability Limitation
   • Pest Bangalore is committed to providing professional and effective services; however, the Company is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the pest control treatment.
   • Our liability for any claims arising from the service provided will be limited to the total amount paid for the service.
9. Termination of Services
   • Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, provided the Customer has paid for services already rendered.
   • The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if safety, legal, or ethical concerns arise.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
    • Pest Bangalore respects your privacy and ensures that personal information provided by the Customer will only be used for service purposes.
    • We do not share, sell, or rent customer information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
11. Governing Law
    These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
12. Changes to Terms
    Pest Bangalore reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Customer through our website or other direct communication channels.
